At 80

The Bible ( Psalm 90 :10 ) says :

” The days of our life are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away ”.

In other words, ordinarily we are given 70 years of life, and in exceptional cases we get 80, but in those cases the last 10 years are full of agony.

Today, 20th September 2026 I have turned 80, and have thus exhausted even the extra bonus 10 years of life given to me. So I should be dead now.

But surprisingly, I have been rejuvenated, and feel younger than I ever felt, and regard my life as just beginning. In other words, I have undergone what Hindus call a ‘kayakalp’

Literally, kayakalp means shedding one’s physical body when it gets old, and acquiring a new, young body, the way a snake sheds its old skin and gets a new one

Till a few years back I was just drifting, trying to acquire knowledge in bits and pieces. Now I have acquired the knowledge I was seeking, and with that I now have a purpose in life.

My aim in life now is to uplift my country, India, from the miserable state it is presently to a modern industrial giant, with its people enjoying a high standard of living.  And for that I have created a mathematical theorem

I have explained in many articles that only a historical revolution can solve India’s problems. But before every great revolution there is an ideological revolution. For instance, before the great French Revolution of 1789 there was a decades long ideological revolution in France, led by great writers like Voltaire, Rousseau, and the French Encyclopedists, who by their writings attacked the feudal system then prevalent in France.

But where are the Voltaires and Rousseaus of today in India to lead our ideological revolution ? Where are our intellectual warriors ? There seems to be a total intellectual vacuum. Where are our great writers like Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay, Premchand, Kazi Nazrul Islam, Subramania Bharathi, Faiz, Josh, Manto and others today ? 

The so called ‘intellectuals’ in India today are superficial, pompous pedants, with half baked bookish knowledge, strutting around like peacocks on the public stage, with silly, gullible people applauding their ‘pearls of wisdom’

For centuries, Indian people have been brainwashed by the caste and religious ideology of the feudal system which existed in the country, and which was promoted by vested interests who want to keep our country backward with superstitions, myths, nonsense and falsehood. All this feudal filth needs to be swept away if great changes are to take place in India.
