Employees feel insecure about job stability, as RIL reduced its workforce by 42,000 in 2023-24, and dissatisfied with lavish spending during cost-cutting efforts. To address these concerns, RIL must improve transparency, communication, and engagement, ensuring employee welfare aligns with the company’s long-term strategies.
