Although Samsung is well-known for its flagship products, these low-cost cellphones suffer with long-term dependability and exhibit notable slowdowns and decreased efficiency only six months of use. Customer complaints about the devices’ incapacity to do demanding tasks abound; many have reported problems like heat throttling and app crashes. The paper contends that Samsung’s affordable models fall short of expectations, therefore compromising the brand’s standing in the cutthroat Indian smartphone market.
