Varun Dhawan has made frank comments on how his latest outing, Baby John “was bad, boring, slow, dull and formulaic”, which received so much hype from the marketers along with a poor writing, slow paced and lacking of creativity. Due to these points, it came under criticism with poor collection from the box-office. Dhawan admitted that he had a problem with sensing during the shoot and apologized to the audience, promising to be more careful in the future. Though Baby John is a rare blunder in his otherwise successful career, Dhawan’s accountability and willingness to learn from failure have earned him respect, and this sets the stage for a stronger comeback.
