Dharmendra, a veteran Bollywood actor, is 89 years old and was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai today after he complained of chest pain. The illustrious actor who has served Indian cinema with more than 65 years went to the hospital to have been put on precautionary measures after experiencing some discomfort in his Juhu home.

Dharmendra was admitted in the early hours and is under observation, according to the sources of the hospital. His sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol, who are actors, rushed to the hospital the moment they heard the news. They both were observed to be walking into the hospital premises looking visibly anxious about the health of their father.
