What Happened With The Chuttamalle Video?
The video features clips from Chuttamalle, the song from 2024 Telugu film Devara: Part 1 starring Janhvi Kapoor and Jr NTR.
The initial song is a romantic track from the movie The viral one however was artificially edited with the assistance of AI to include Janhvi within the erotic section, which was not part of the song or her performance in any way.

Jr NTR Threatens to Sue
Jr NTR who had shared the original Chuttamalle sequence with Janhvi bashed the fake video.
The actor used very strong language to describe the material and said that those who make and spread it will be taken to court.
He also urged the public to refrain from viewing, downloading and circulating the content.

Chiranjeevi Calls For Industry Support
Veteran actor Chiranjeevi also expressed his anger over the incident.
On X, he said the AI-produced videos of women were horrendous. “Disturbed by the incident of AI-produced morphed videos of women. I consider it most barbaric, shameful & totally unacceptable,” he said.
Chiranjeevi also expressed that whoever produce the content and spread it for commercial purposes or on purpose should be made punishable by law.
Even more, he suggested a united stand from the Telugu film industry.
I will bring the problem to the notice of the Telugu Film Chamber, Producers’ Council, its associated organisations etc and propose a committee and support cell, he said. Vijay Deverakonda Discusses Perception of It Being ‘Digital Version Of Sexual Assault’
The other ‘voice’ that expressed itself was actor Vijay Deverakonda.
Vijay has now condemned the people who created the fake video and has blamed AI for the usage of this.
He referred to the attack as “digital sexual assault” and argued that the law should take a hard line on such attacks.
And he wondered how society had come to a place where people found it amusing to digitally humiliate another individual.

Khushbu Sundar Supports Janhvi
Actor and politician Khushbu Sundar also endorsed Janhvi Kapoor.
