Indians ( which term includes Pakistanis and Bangladeshis, for we are really one nation, only temporarily and artificially divided ).
Today, 31st October, is Diwali, and here is my Diwali message for you :
1. Our national aim must be to transform India into a modern industrial giant, for only then can we abolish poverty, unemployment, hunger, lack of healthcare and good education for our masses
2. We can make that transformation only by launching a mighty protracted people’s struggle culminating in a historical people’s revolution
3. We can never launch such a struggle unless our people are united
4. We can never be united unless we abolish or at least considerably weaken casteism and communalism

5. Celebrating Diwali ( and Eid, Christmas etc ) together is a small, but correct, step in that direction
I agree with you that we are historically, one nation and one country of the Indian subcontinent. India can be transformed into a modern industrial giant if the people of India launch the protracted struggle for “Effective and Accountable Governance” under the dead honest person or organisation for reforms in the functioning of the political parties, the police, the judiciary and the constitution.
If the above mentioned issues don’t be addressed then the people will suffer indefinitely.
