The purpose of the Indian Constitution is to deceive the Indian people into thinking they have secularism in India, when everyone knows how Muslims are being treated.
The purpose of the Indian Constitution is to deceive the Indian people into thinking they have freedom of speech by virtue of Article 19(1)(a), when speaking against the government or the communal agents is very hazardous, and can get one arrested and jailed for long periods, e.g. police officer Sanjiv Bhatt, Prof Saibaba, JNU Ph.D Umar Khalid, or like co-founder of AltNews Zubair against whom FIR has been filed by the police
for speaking against the highly communal and inflammatory statements of Yati Narsinghanand
In Modi’s new India, it is not the offender but he who speaks against the offense who is guilty. The Allahabad High Court has blamed Zubair for creating social disharmony, Well done My Lords
The purpose of the Indian Constitution is to deceive the Indian people into thinking that by virtue of the Directive Principles of State Policy in the Constitution their welfare will be looked after, when that is just a joke
The ‘democracy’ we have largely runs on the basis of caste and communal vote banks, skilfully manipulated by our crooked politicians who polarize society and spread caste and communal hatred and incite violence to get votes, but have no genuine love for the people.
What we require is a mighty, united, protracted, people’s struggle culminating in a historical people’s revolution led by patriotic, selfless, modern minded leaders determined to create a new Constitution and set up a new political and social order under which there is rapid industrialization, and the standard of living of the people steadily rises, and they get decent lives
Lying virtually vacant even after its inauguration a year ago, the first state-of-the-art coaching hub, Pratap Nagar, was established in Jaipur with a set aim to centralize and upgrade the coaching industry of competitive exams. Actually, designed with the intentions of safety concerns and overcrowding, no well-established coaching center or student seems interested in using this hub even after its intended amalgamation. With high prices, less support from infrastructure, and the reluctance of the existing institutes, it is hard not to believe the fact that factors of high prices, less support from infrastructure, and the reluctance of the existing institutes be contributing to it. This article understands the reasons why this response was underwhelming-from political mismanagement to financial hurdles to an entrenched coaching ecosystem in Gopalpura-and looks at what needs to be done toward a realisation of the hub’s wide vision.
Not once did Karan Thapar ask what is the evidence or proof that Pakistan was behind it, and not once does Shivshankar Menon go into this crucial question. Like the TV media which started blaming Pakistan within a short time after the incident, though there had been no investigation, the whole interview proceeds on the footing, and taking it for granted, that Pakistan was the culprit.
On this occasion I appeal to Muslims and other non-Hindus, particularly in Pakistan and Bangladesh, to celebrate it along with their Hindu brothers and sisters with great gaiety and enthusiasm.
Upto 1857 there was no communal problem in the Indian subcontinent. There were no communal riots before 1857, and Hindus and Muslims used to live together amicably, like brothers and sisters. They would help each other, and participate in each other’s religious festivals and occasions, Hindus participating in Eid and Moharram, and Muslims participating in Holi and Diwali.

Dr. Ambedkar was one of the enlightened legal luminaries of the planet and we must be proud of him. While most other leaders studied Law, he researched it thoroughly. India, as a Nation is indeed honored that he was actively involved in ‘ Making the Constitution of India’ . This should never have been amended in the first place and had there been a dire necessity, in national interest, Parliamentary Consensus should have been adopted. Instead of bickering in Parliament, wasting time, Hon. Members, the responsible public representatives should refrain from political bitterness and play a constructive role in public interest. Election reforms only can improve situation. Jayaho BHARAT.
