I am afraid Kapil has not answered the basic question whether it is a legitimate exercise of power by the Supreme Court to amend the Constitution by a judicial verdict, when that power has been given only to Parliament vide Article 368.

I have also explained that the developed countries do not want India to emerge as a modern industrial giant, like China, for if it does, then with our cheap labour we will undersell the goods of the industries of developed countries, making the latter collapse ( since they will not be able to face our competition ), throwing millions out of employment. 

There is no doubt that there was a lot of corruption in the Waqf Boards. The new law permits the District Magistrate to investigate whether government property was illegally converted into a waqf, and to restore it as government property if it was. The DM’s decision is not final, but is subject to appeal before the Waqf Tribunal, whose Chairman is a District Judge, and the Tribunal:s order can be challenged before the High Court.

No doubt there will be no direct evidence of this, but there is a thing called circumstantial evidence also. We see only the Indian politicians, who are really puppets, but we usually do not see the puppeteer who is hidden behind a screen, and is really controlling the puppets with his strings. The whole game is to prevent Indians from being united, and launching a powerful united people’s struggle to transform India into a modern industrial giant, like China

So it is wholly irrelevant whether I alone believe and say something, and the rest of the world believes and says the opposite. The relevant thing is whether what I am saying is correct or not.
